Although my No More Pain Programme is a 90 day programme, you can start to experience less pain from as little as four weeks.
The programme is designed to educate and empower you to identify and acknowledge the underlying causes of your pain.
It explores why you've been in pain for a long time, why traditional treatment may not be helping and how an alternative approach might be better for you.
I help you to understand how your body works, why we suffer from pain, even when we haven't experienced a physical injury, and how to eliminate this pain for good.
I do this by teaching you how to develop healthier neural (brain) pathways so that you can take a steady progression towards a pain free future.
