1. We talk. On the free 30 minute Discovery Call I'll ask about your pain, your history and what you have already tried.  You can ask me anything, there is no pressure and no obligation.

2. I give you an honest view. If I think the No More Pain Programme could help you, I'll tell you. If I think something else would suit you better or that you need to see your GP first, I'll tell you that too.

3. You decide. If you would like to go ahead I'll email you the details of part one of the programme which costs £450.00 via a BACS or card payment, 24 hours before the start of the programme.

4. We get started. Everyone begins with part one which is about becoming safe in your body and mind.  You work through the sessions at your own pace, including the Somatic Tracking and breathing practices. You'll also have four 1-1 sessions with me.  Each session lasts 1 hour, on Zoom.

5. Part Two.  This is about understanding you and maintaining a pain-free life. It includes expressive writing, exercises to explore your story and personality and six more 1-1 sessions.  Part two also costs £450.00.

Cancelling or rebooking a session - life happens and so if you need to cancel or re-book a 1-1 session just let me know at least 24 hours beforehand and we'll find another time. Because your sessions are included in the price of each part a session missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice can't be refunded or replaced. Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances.
